Spring Break Camp 2019


Welcome to ICSAtlanta Spring Break Camp for Grades K - 5 (April 1st-5th)!

The objective of this camp will be to provide a fun, safe and engaging environment for ICSAtlanta students during the school break (April 1st -5th). Our program will boast an array of structured activities including but not limited to art, sports, fun science and outdoor play.


REGISTRATION BEGINS FRIDAY, MARCH 15TH at 12:00 PM (registration link and information are below).




Prepaid daily registration ends 6:00 p.m. prior to the day requested. The weekly prepaid registration discount ends on 3/22 at 6:00 p.m. Onsite registration (subject to availability) ends at 9:00 a.m. each day. There is a maximum of 50 participants per day.


Camp Operating Hours

7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Drop-off and onsite registration

9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Camp operation

Parents may pick up students at any time during the day.


Camp Fees

$200 Weekly - if prepaid by 6:00 p.m. 3/22

$45 Daily - if prepaid by 6pm the previous day

$55 Daily onsite registration (depending on availability) - There will be a maximum of 50 total spots per day - first-come, first-serve. Please be aware that only weekly-rate participants will be guaranteed daily spots. You must check the Jack Rabbit parent portal to see if there are spaces left on the day you wish to register your child.


Please note that all registrations must be paid in full before attending. If there is a balance in your parent portal, the payment has NOT been completed.


ALL CAMP REGISTRATIONS/PAYMENTS ARE  NON-REFUNDABLE.  Please be sure your student will attend before making the payment.


Snack and Lunch

In addition to a lunch hour, there will be a morning and afternoon snack. Parents MUST provide two SNACKS AND A LUNCH daily.  There will be a limited amount of snacks available for purchase for $1. Exact change will be required. No lunch will be provided.




Registration and Payment Instructions

To register and pay for the Spring Break Camp, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on the Registration button

  • Complete the registration form

  • Under contact #1, create a username and password for your parent portal (if you have not already)

  • Select Class and look for SPRING BREAK CAMP.

  • Select the day or week (if choosing the entire week).

  • Once completed, the page will redirect to the "Parent Portal."

  • VERY IMPORTANT:  Your selection will appear in the parent portal. You must go to Billing and Payment on the top of the screen and add a debit or credit card. After adding your card, you will be asked to select the card on file.  Finally, click Pay Now. Your portal will show a zero balance when payment is complete. If you are still showing a balance, you have not completed the payment process.


IMPORTANT REMINDER: Spring Break Camp ends at 6:30 p.m. each day. A late fee of $1.00 for every minute past 6:30 p.m. will apply and must be paid upon pick up of your child.
