Upper Campus - 7:25 a.m.-2:40 p.m.
Both campuses dismiss one hour early on Wednesdays.
Carpool Information
Please review the Student & Parent Handbook for important information about expectations during carpool.
Important Reminders: Please remain in your vehicle from the time you arrive for carpool until you leave with your student. Other children and dogs must remain in the vehicle to ensure the safety and security of students, ICSAtlanta faculty and staff, and everyone involved in carpool. Children (including students from the other campus) may NOT play on ICSAtlanta grounds or leave the vehicle for any reason during carpool.
Lower Campus (Knd-3rd)
Morning Carpool
Morning carpool begins at 7:20 and ends at 7:40 AM. During this time, any parent choosing not to participate in carpool (i.e. parks in the parking lot) must accompany their child into the building. Parents arriving to school after 7:40 must park and accompany their child into the building for a late pass to class. Please do not park in parking areas that are reserved.
Afternoon Carpool
Afternoon carpool will run from 2:20 to 2:40 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. It will run from 1:20 to 1:40 PM on Wednesdays.
Alternative Student Transportation Procedure
Parents who wish to have their children transported after school by an alternative vendor (e.g. vanpool service or outside after-school programs) will need to fill out an ICSAtlanta Alternative Afternoon Transportation Form. This form will give ICSAtlanta authorization to release a child to an outside vendor and indicate which days of the week the child will require this alternative transportation. If a child’s weekly dismissal routine changes at any point, the parent will need to fill out a new ICSAtlanta Alternative Afternoon Transportation Form and submit it to the front desk.
Upper Campus (4th-8th)
Morning Carpool
Morning carpool begins at 7:10 and ends at 7:25 AM. Student arriving after 7:25 AM will be counted as tardy. Parents arriving to school after 7:25 must pull around to door #1 (front door) to drop their child for a late pass to class.
Afternoon Carpool
Afternoon carpool will run from 2:40 to 2:55 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. It will run from 1:40 to 1:55 PM on Wednesdays.
