ICSAtlanta offers an After School Program for students in K-3rd grade at the Lower Campus and 4th-6th grade at the Upper Campus, with a semester and monthly option. We do NOT offer a Wednesday-only option.

To ensure appropriate student-to-instructor ratios, we must have an accurate student count. For the initial registration, therefore, we will charge a $100 registration fee. This fee will reserve (but not guarantee) a spot in our ASP program. If the number of students registered exceeds the spots available, selection will be based on the order registration was received.

• Selected students will automatically be registered within 48 hours (the $100 registration fee is separate from and in-addition to your monthly tuition).

• If your student is not selected for our ASP program, you will receive a full registration fee refund.

• If your student is selected to attend ASP, but you choose not to attend ASP, your registration fee will be forfeited.

Only monthly or semester registration will be permitted.​

​

All monthly registrations (except for August) will open on the 12th day at 10 AM of the month preceding (for example, November's ASP registration will open on October 12th).

Registration for first semester (August through December) will open on July 14th by 10 AM and close on July 25th.

​

Registration for second semester (January through May) will open on November 12th at 10 AM and end on December 12th.

Please note that we are a PREPAID program. Registration must be accompanied by debit/credit card on file located in the ASP Parent Portal, in order to reserve a spot in ASP. If you do not place a card on file, your student will not be registered and will not be allowed to attend ASP. Refunds and/or credits will not be issued for days not attended. ​​
